A variety of data can help school staff determine how well students are achieving the Standards of the Heart. School-wide information can be gathered regarding student behaviors. Classroom teachers gather information about how well individual students are mastering skills related to being caring, contributing, productive and responsible citizens. In addition, school staff should gather data about the school climate as Standards of the Heart are learned throughout the entire schooling experience.
